Typos and purely visual edits are not logged individually. Changes affecting factual accuracy, commercial disclosure, access paths or a reader's decision are recorded here.

27 September 2026

• Disclosure page corrected: it said the referral link sat in the pre-buy checklist, which stopped being true after the 8 September change. It now names the sign-up walkthrough, still the only article that carries the link.
• Invite-code rule corrected: the sign-up walkthrough said a code generally could not be added once the account exists. It now says an account in use cannot add or change one, while a verified account left unused for 180 days in a row can be re-bound through an invite link.
• Gold price premise updated: the article on buying at record highs now says where the price stands: a record of $5,589.38 an ounce on 28 January 2026, and about $4,280 in late September.
• How figures are quoted: several articles now give dated, sourced figures (bill yields, CPI, deposit rates, fees) in place of "check the official page"; the editorial policy, about page and disclosure page were updated to match.

8 September 2026

• Fee wording changed: the benefit line on the home page and in the pre-buy checklist moved from giving no figure at all to stating a specific rate, with a note that the actual rate is whatever the sign-up page shows at the time.
• RSS feed added: the site now publishes an RSS feed, linked from the home page and the guide index footers.
• Referral links consolidated into one article: the sign-up walkthrough and the pre-buy checklist previously carried one each. The link now appears only in the walkthrough, with the link moved from the middle of the steps to near the top of the article; the checklist now simply links to the walkthrough instead. Pages carrying a referral link drop from four to two.
• Fee wording revised again: the figure is no longer stated. The line now reads that a trading-fee discount is available, with the rate shown on the sign-up page at the time, replacing the wording logged earlier today. The home page "next step" panel no longer tells readers to verify a domain before registering; it points to How much to allocate instead.

21 July 2026

• Neutral referral disclosure: removed the specific percentage-based fee benefit claim and replaced it with wording that registration offers are exactly as shown on the exchange's official registration page.
• Consistent links: links from the two home pages to the guide index now use the same address, so one page no longer appears under two addresses.
• Fewer sign-up cards in articles: sign-up cards now appear only on the few pages about opening an account; ordinary articles and calculators no longer carry them.
